This role entails you providing monthly service of chemical titration check. working closely with our customers in identifying production issues and provide immediate solutions on-site. This may require our technician to travel across states when necessary.
Responsibilities

Visit customers' factories & inspect on their operations.

Make sure the chemicals are applied correctly in accordance with safety protocols.

Conduct acid-base tests on chemical tanks to ensure it is operating at recommended levels and provide a basic reading report.

Listen to operational feedback, analyze occuring production issues, and provide immediate solutions.
Requirements

Willing to learn more about various industries & related chemistry knowledge.

Proficient in Malay & English language.

Capable of communicating effectively with customers.
Bonus Qualifications / Skills

Studied in chemistry-related field or have prior chemistry knowledge.

Experienced with handling chemical apparatus.
